Custom Order Process
Laser Engraving Orders:

Allow 2 weeks for completion

You will receive a digital mockup of your design for approval before production begins

No changes can be made once production has started

Final approval of mockup constitutes acceptance of design and timeline
Flower Preservation Orders:

Consultation required for flower preservation projects

Turnaround time varies based on preservation method and complexity

You will be contacted with timeline estimates after consultation
Payment Policy
Payment Terms:

Payment is required in full at time of order
