Shipping 

Processing & Shipping Times:

  • Standard items: Allow 4-7 business days for processing and shipping

  • Custom laser-engraved orders: Allow 2 weeks for completion and shipping

  • All items are made to order - no items are kept in stock

  • You will be notified if additional time is needed or if your order will be ready sooner than expected

Shipping Areas:

  • Currently shipping within the United States only

  • International shipping will be available starting in 2026

Flower Preservation Service:

  • Currently accepting flowers for preservation from customers in:

    • St. Louis, Missouri area

    • Northwest Indiana

    • Chicagoland area

  • Expanding to additional service areas in the future

Return & Exchange:

  • Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our botanical keepsakes, all sales are final

  • No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted

  • Each piece is uniquely crafted using your preserved flowers and cannot be resold

Quality Guarantee:

  • We stand behind the quality of our work

  • If you receive a damaged item or are unsatisfied with craftsmanship, please contact us immediately at info@threeolivesandco.com

  • We will work with you to resolve any quality issues

Custom Order Process

Laser Engraving Orders:

  • Allow 2 weeks for completion

  • You will receive a digital mockup of your design for approval before production begins

  • No changes can be made once production has started

  • Final approval of mockup constitutes acceptance of design and timeline

Flower Preservation Orders:

  • Consultation required for flower preservation projects

  • Turnaround time varies based on preservation method and complexity

  • You will be contacted with timeline estimates after consultation

Payment Policy

Payment Terms:

  • Payment is required in full at time of order

  • We accept [list your payment methods - credit cards, PayPal, etc.]

  • Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed

Custom Orders:

  • 50% deposit required for custom orders over $[amount]

  • Remaining balance due before shipping

  • Orders cancelled after mockup approval are subject to 25% cancellation fee

Privacy Policy

Information Collection:

  • We collect information necessary to process your orders and communicate about your purchase

  • Email addresses are used for order updates and occasional promotional emails

  • You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time

  • We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties

Flower Preservation:

  • Photos of your preserved flowers may be used for portfolio and marketing purposes unless you opt out

  • We handle your sentimental items with the utmost care and respect
